*   **Proof of Purchase:** The original sales receipt or gift receipt must be included.

**2. Non-Returnable Items:**
*   For hygiene reasons, **pierced earrings** (and other intimate apparel/jewelry) are final sale.
*   Items marked **"Final Sale"** are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
